I am Carlos Corredor, owner and operator of this web site, timos.com. In the remainder of this document, I will refer to myself as "Timo" and the web site and blog together, as "Timos". Hopefully, this site will grow and the day will come when I will need others involved in adding to the site and running it. When I say "we" or "us", that means I, Carlos Corredor plus anyone else that may be involved.

The original content in Timos is written and edited by us. We also present articles, restaurant reviews and other items written by other parties; in those cases, we always show the source/author of the item and provide links to the source or author when appropriate. If you visit those links, you will surely find that the sites or authors cannot be held responsible anymore than Timos can.

You, the visitor, must not construe anything you see on Timos as advice – what you see on Timos is purely an opinion, and necessarily biased. Let me give you a couple of examples:

When you read my review of Life Extension Foundation and you see that I, a heart disease patient who has undergone bypass surgery is consuming animal fat, don't take it as a recommendation to do the same. In that review, I am merely telling you what I do and that it seems to work for me; don't run out and buy a tub of lard and some corn tortillas and start pigging out. If you feel like making any significant changes to your diet, you should check with whomever counsels you on nutrition matters, or make the determination using whatever you use to make such moves - don't do it just because I wrote that I do it; for all we know, I could be slowly (or quickly) killing myself.
If you look at some of the articles in the Health section, you will find that most of them are reprints of articles from ETR, a newsletter that I read daily. I include them because I think they are so good, they warrant the effort of translating them so I can present them bilingually - again, just my personal opinion. In those articles, you will see the authors discuss several products/supplements and say why they think those are good - I use some of them myself. If you become enthused about any of those products, especially with the idea of replacing some medication you may be taking, the wise thing to do would be to check with your doctor or health counselor first.

When you purchase any product on Timos, I am compensated as an affiliate marketer - I earn a commission. This does not affect the cost to you, what product I choose to offer, or the tone of my own reviews of such products.

Sometimes I will offer products that I have not personally reviewed - to write a review, I must experience the product myself, but I can't possible try all the products out there. However, this only occurs when I am familiar with the manufacturer’s products and am satisfied that he or she produces only high-quality goods.

I abide by word of mouth marketing standards and believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity.
