This site is now dedicated to food, cuisine and the restaurant scene, the environment and health.

You will find:

Content about our mistreated environment, natural, organic, sustainable foods, health in general and related subjects - Environment/green earth.
A section about good health – how to achieve it and maintain it - Your good health.
Current and past restaurant reviews, mostly in the San Francisco Bay area, by Patricia Unterman - Restaurant reviews by Patricia Unterman.
A collection of recipes that you will not find anywhere else, but are there for your use. This include several of the former restaurant’s recipes plus recipes by other well-known restaurants’ chefs - Cooking recipes.
A section about certain business data and web services - Business services.

The site is now bilingual - English and Spanish. The recipes will appear only as originally written in English, but the rest of the site can be read in either language. The language can be switched at any time, just by pressing a link that appears at the top of most pages.

Even though Timo’s restaurant closed in the fall of 2004, we still get visitors to the site, messages and even a reservation here and there. So, the original restaurant site, as it was on the last day of service, is still live and will remain so indefinitely - Former restaurant site.

Occasionally, I myself write little items about food/cuisine and other subjects, but not on this site; those are found here: http://blog.timos.com.
