Tortilla de patatas (a.k.a. Tortilla española) $5.75 Spain's best-known tapa; a potato-onion frittata simply seasoned with salt and pepper. Served with allioli.
Tortilla bandera $7.25 A three layer omelette of spinach, tomatoes and gruyere cheese, baked in a terrine.
Escalivada $7.50 Fire roasted eggplant, peppers, onions and potatoes dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and a little garlic. (With salt-cured anchovy filets $8.75)
Esqueixada $8.50 Salt cod with bell peppers and olives, dressed with olive oil. A very refreshing salad.
Mejillones en escabeche $7.75 Mussels marinated in garlic, paprika, white wine and vinegar.
Ahi tuna ceviche, Quintana Roo style $9.75 Garnished with onions, cilantro, lime juice, chilies and chunks of avocado. Quintana Roo is one of the states in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.
Spanish Cantimpalo and Soria Chorizos $6.25 Served thinly sliced. Great with our baguette and a glass of Timo's Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.
Lomo Embuchado $7.50 Cured pork loin
Spicy pork tenderloin with Romesco sauce. $8.50 The pork filet is coated with a spicy recado and roasted. Served in thin slices.
Jamon Serrano y Pan con Tomate $10.25 Thinly sliced Serrano Ham and toasted country bread rubbed with tomato purée.
Manchego cheese $5.75 Sheep's milk cheese from La Mancha. If you not in the mood for a sweet dessert, this is a good alternative.
