Hey, what about Paella?

Yes, we do serve it and there are rumors that it's the best in town. On Fridays and Saturday nights we have it on the menu, a very simple one, usually a Valenciana with chicken, pork and sometimes rabbit. We make one big one, put it aside and serve until it is gone. $7.75

Paella has its own category in the menu: you may get it hot if you order it when it comes off the stove, but most of the time it will be lukewarm (at room temperature). Don't be alarmed; this is the way it's done in many places in Spain and it's just as good. Trust me.

During the week you must order paella at least 24 hours ahead of time and for at least two people. The price depends on what ingredients you want in it and what we are able to get. In this case, it will be hot when you get it - but you can always let it cool off while you have a salad or a glass of sangria and decide on a nice light red or rose wine to go with it.

You will find Timo's comments on Paella on our sister (or is it brother?) site. They will appear in a separate window, which you can close when you are done reading.
