We could call this section "Hispanic Cuisine" since the food at Timo's is representative of dishes served in Spain, Central and South America, and parts of the Caribbean. Really "Latin Cuisine" would have to include all other Latins - the French, the Italian and the Portuguese. We use the term "Latin Cuisine" but we refer only to the the cooking of any Spanish speaking country or region. In this section we have included some of our favorite recipes for you to try at home. Also, read about "Nouvelle Cuisine" and "Nuevo Latino".
